Palace On Wheels Coaches and Saloon :
The train has remarkable luxurious accommodation. Palace on Wheels has 14 completely air-conditioned coaches. All deluxe saloons are equipped with 4 twin bedded chambers, channel music, intercom, and attached toilets, running hot and cold water, shower and wall-to-wall carpeting. Each coach is named after a particular characteristic which will unravel as you spend time while relaxing in each and every coach. The luxury train offers the following facilities as well:
- Luggage Collection: The Khidmatgars (Attendants) to takes care of your luggage and stores it safely.
- Arrival Kit: An arrival kit consisting of stationery items such as brochures is provided to every guest onboard. The attendants will always be at your service to take care of your needs.
- Meals: The Palace on Wheels provides nice variety of dishes to choose from - Continental, Chinese, Indian, and Rajasthani cuisines.
- Mineral Water: Every guest onboard Palace on wheels is provided with mineral water all through the journey.
- Newspapers/Magazines: Keeping the needs and tastes in mind, the newspapers and magazines of your choice with morning tea or beverage of your choice is also available.
- Security: All safety security arrangements are made for you as well as your personal belongings in the train itself.
- Toiletries: Each attached bathroom is equipped with Toiletries which consist of soap, shampoo and moisturizer and are replenished on a daily basis or on request.
- Wine: A complimentary bottle of fine Indian wine is also provided to the royal guests onboard Palace-On-Wheels.
- For Disabled Persons: For the disabled people special assistance is provided in the form of wheel chairs, crèches, and a special attendant for manual assistance.
